Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website and our water-treatment services.

Last Updated: June 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of purebranchwater.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Pure Branch Water Treatment ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Our Services

We provide residential water-treatment services in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country, including the installation, replacement, and repair of water softeners, whole-house filtration, reverse osmosis and drinking-water systems, well-water treatment, iron and sulfur removal, and pressure-reducing valves. We service all makes and brands of water softeners and reverse osmosis systems, including equipment installed by others.

2. Service Calls, Estimates & Pricing

3. Discounts

Our community discount (currently 25% off service calls for active and veteran military, nurses, teachers, law enforcement, and fire department personnel) must be mentioned at the time of scheduling, may require reasonable proof of eligibility, applies to the service-call fee unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and is subject to change.

4. Scheduling, Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to give us safe, reasonable access to the work area and your equipment. Please let us know of any known hazards. Missed appointments or lack of access may require rescheduling and could affect the service-call fee.

5. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection and related costs as permitted by law.

6. Warranties & Water-Testing Disclaimer

We stand behind our workmanship. Equipment we install carries the applicable manufacturer's warranty; we will provide warranty details for your specific equipment. Except as expressly stated, services and equipment are provided without other warranties, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Water testing: Our complimentary water test is an on-site screening used to size and recommend treatment equipment. It is not a certified drinking-water safety test. For drinking-water safety — especially private wells — we recommend periodic testing by a state-certified laboratory for bacteria, nitrates, and other contaminants, consistent with EPA guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Branch Water Treatment will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or water/property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information only and do not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Pure Branch Water Treatment name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as our online booking provider). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third parties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Branch Water Treatment from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
